30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you wish to return your product for a refund, please ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Items returned to us that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at info@electricutopia.co with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  2. Package Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging and include any accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product.

  3. Ship the Item Back: Send the item back to us using the shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@electricutopia.co, and we will provide you with exchange instructions.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
